With 13 years of prior experience in the recruitment sector, I founded Oxley & Beaumont with a clear aim: being the recruiters that everyone enjoys working with.
My previous successes in recruitment have been built on the strength of the relationships I’ve had with my colleagues, clients and candidates in equal measure. By adopting the approach of putting people at the heart of what we do, I hope to build a business that is more than just a recruitment partner. We’re all about creating a community.
I have previously overseen industry leading recruitment teams specialising in sectors to include the Built Environment, Social Housing, Not for Profit, Local & Central Government and Construction & Engineering.
Combining the core skills in recruitment that I’ve learned over the years with a use of the latest technology, I aim to provide a reliable yet forward-thinking service that can provide the best solutions to your individual needs.
Away from work I enjoy holidays to sunny places, good food and wine, and have a passion for boxing.
